Our organization ESWT s.r.o. follows the process requirements for the quality management system according to the standard HSN EN ISO 9001:2016
Within the scope of welding work, our organization ESWT s.r.o. is a holder of certification HSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 and meets the highest quality requirements in welding for a long time.
Production is carefully planned and then, the individual production steps are supervised certified welding supervisor IWE / IWT according to EN ISO 14731
We are specialists in the welding method:
- TIG manual welding (method 141, 142)
- TIG automatic welding (method 141, 142)
- MIG/MAG semi-automatic welding (method 131, 135)
We focus on welding of materials:
- Groups 1.1, 1.2
- Groups 8.1, 8.2
- Groups 10.1, 10.2
We are authorized to manufacture, assemble and repair dedicated pressure equipment of group A and B up to a working overpressure of 2.5MPa, a maximum working temperature of 300°C and a thickness of 15mm. Certification
Our welders are certified according to ČSNEN ISO 9606-1 and ČSN EN ISO 14732 as standard, including permission to weld specialised pressure equipment according to Directive 2014/68/EU
We use modern welding equipment for orbital, automatic welding with closed and open head.

The entire process of the individual production steps is supervised by a responsible IWE / IWT welder.
Weld purity according to the gas used of different purity
Our company ESWT s.r.o. has a sufficient number of qualified persons for planning, implementation and supervision of welding production control and testing according to the customer's requirements.
Our personnel are qualified and certified for non-destructive testing by an accredited certification body according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 9712 - Non-destructive testing - qualification and certification of NDT personnel.
Our staff is certified:
- Material control and material certificate control (sector ms/ grade 2)
- Visual inspection by direct/indirect method (VT method / grade 2)
- Leak testing (LT-B method / grade 2)
We have a full range of top-of-the-range Olympus endoscopes.
We provide and offer:
- Inspection of the incoming material and evaluation of the inspection according to the requirements (roughness measurement, ferrite measurement, analysis of the chemical composition of the material and its classification)
