- Inspection of the incoming material and evaluation of the inspection according to the requirements (roughness measurement, ferrite measurement, analysis of the chemical composition of the material and its classification)
- Visual inspection of welds with video or photographic recording using modern endoscopic equipment
- Interpretation and evaluation of results according to ISO 5817 and ISO 10042
- Tightness tests of individual units, including evaluation and recording in a report
- Preparation of the inspection report
- 14 automatic orbital devices including accessories
- approx. 90 welding sources for manual welding
- 12 circular saws +GF+ for cutting pipes
- Olympus endoscopic inspection equipment, ferrite measuring equipment, surface roughness inspection equipment, oxymeters, spectrometers for inspection of the material used, etc.
The entire course of the individual production steps is supervised by an IWE / IWT certified welder
